Among a number of controversial provisions in the bill is the establish- ment of a private non-proft corpora- tion to handle national air traffc con- trol and remove approximately 30,000 employees from the government pay- roll. Shuster's involvement in the pas- sage of AIRR Act has come under fre due to his personal relationship with Shelly Rubino, vice president for glob- al government affairs at Airlines for America (A4A). Hactl handles Longines Masters horses for fourth successive year Hong Kong Air Cargo Ter- minals Limited (Hactl) handled 64 of the world's most valuable horses in the lead up to the Longines Masters of Hong Kong. This year's Longines Masters, consid- ered Asia's biggest and most prestigious equestrian event, was the fourth year the event was held in Hong Kong. As in 2015, the offcial carrier for the event was Emirates Airline, for which Hactl is the cargo handling agent in Hong Kong. Emirates transported the horses from Liege via Dubai World Central to Hong Kong, arriving on February 15. Hactl un- loaded the horses in their air stalls and transferred them through its dedicated animal handling center before loading them onto waiting horseboxes using special low-angle ramps to avoid injury. The entire operation, and the prepara- tion of the Longines Masters equine competitors, was coordinated from Belgium by European Horse Services, one of the world's leading equestrian shipping agents. Hactl has handled the Longines Masters equine entrants in all its four years in Hong Kong.
